About the Program

Students in this fast-paced Culinary Arts program will learn the essentials of kitchen safety, sanitation, equipment use, and both short-order and large-scale cooking. They'll explore baking, prepare entrees, sides, and soups, and build professional skills through customer service, menu planning, and recipe conversions. Working as part of a team, students will also gain experience in restaurant management through catering events and managing food orders.
