About the Program
Students will master the fundamentals of baking—from precise measurement and mixing methods to expert plating and finishing techniques—to create stunning, edible works of art. Coursework includes holiday baking, cookies and pastries, cakes, icings, quick breads, and bistro-style dishes. They’ll also build a professional portfolio by exploring sugar and confectionery arts, working with a variety of doughs, and crafting handcrafted candies and chocolates.
